Brief introduction

Calcium aluminate is an inorganic salt with the chemical formula 3CaO · Al2O3, which is a white cubic crystalline system. Relative density 3.038, heated to 1535 ℃ for decomposition. Calcium aluminate is insoluble in water, but soluble in acid. Calcium aluminate is mainly obtained by reacting sodium aluminate with calcium chloride and calcium hydroxide. It is widely used in the manufacturing of concrete accelerators, rubber, paper, and flame retardants for synthetic resins. Calcium aluminate is widely used in the manufacturing of refractory materials and cement. Classification

Calcium aluminate is an ideal raw material for producing polyaluminum chloride. 3. Application in building materials: Calcium aluminate can be used to manufacture cement. Calcium aluminate cement containing calcium aluminate nano whiskers has a high specific surface area and good dispersibility in castables, which helps to reduce the amount of calcium aluminate cement in castables and achieve low cement content in refractory castables.
