The production process of refining slag refers to the technology used after mixing the raw materials in a certain proportion and particle size, heating them below the melting point of the raw materials, sintering the raw materials together, and then crushing them into granular particle sizes.The main components are CaO-CaF2 group, CaO-Al2O3 group, CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 group.

The specific steps of the refining slag production process: the raw ore is directly fed into the tail of the calcium aluminate rotary kiln from the reservoir through the electronic belt metering scale, belt conveyor, stable silo, and air lock valve, and only the stable silo is set up at the end of the kiln to reduce investment.The ore enters the calcium aluminate rotary kiln and is first heated. The raw ore moves in reverse with the hot air flow in the kiln. In the heating zone, the raw ore is heated to the reduction temperature and enters the reduction zone.The temperature of the flame center in the reduction zone is controlled at about 1000℃, and the temperature of the hot atmosphere in the reduction zone is controlled at about 700℃ to react with the reduction gas to reduce.After entering the cooling zone, it meets the incoming gas, the gas is preheated, and the ore is cooled and discharged out of the calcium aluminate rotary kiln. After being water-cooled by a continuous bucket conveyor, it is stored in the reservoir for selection.
