The solid deoxygenation products float together.In addition, since the synthetic slag is a strongly alkaline slag, it can be desulfurized while deoxygenating.Due to the high alkalinity and high sulfur capacity, the desulfurization effect is significant, and the desulfurization rate reaches more than 85%; it has an adsorption effect on aluminum and silicon oxides in steel, which is conducive to reducing non-metallic inclusions in steel.The erosion of the lining and ladle is light, the consumption of refractory materials in the ladle is reduced, and the age of the ladle is increased; it does not absorb water, does not pulverize, does not deteriorate, and is easy to store and transport.

Characteristics of the production process of sintered refining slag: Sintered refining slag has a more uniform and stable composition than mixed refining slag, and the melting speed is faster, but the cost is relatively increased, and due to the small density of sintered slag, there are many pores, which can easily cause inhalation in the refining process.
